read recently that it is based on proximity and race but I am not sure about this. Things I would judge a person on:
1. do they like Gwyneth Paltrow? Correct answer: no
2. do they like The Simpsons? Correct answer: yes
3. do they eat meat? Correct answer: yes but, this varies.
4. must not be racist
5. must not be classist
6. can they accept atheists as friends? correct answer: yes
7. do they like cheese? correct answer: yes
